Our founder and present-day CEO, Dr Erland Beselin, a medical doctor and specialist in the field of transplant immunology, came across mineral infused fabrics and their quite unexpected effects more than 20 years ago.

At the time, one of Dr Beselin’s colleagues, also a medical doctor, happened to have a painful problem with his knee. As they were both attending a medical conference in China, the colleague was presented with a traditional knee support, said to contain minerals that would have a beneficial effect on his ailment.

To the amazement of both the sufferer and the gathered medical professionals - it really had. The knee improved significantly and the stiffness of the joint subsided.

Once this enigmatic fact was established, Dr Beselin concluded that this practice – whatever the explanation - could be of great benefit to a lot of people suffering from similar conditions.

This was the very beginning of Back on Track.

After thorough research on the matter, Dr Beselin founded the company in the year 2000. His goal was to further develop the scientifically based principles behind the mysterious, mineral-containing fabrics and to put his knowledge into practice.
