Technologies – the FIR effect meets engineering materials
Back on Track’s unique, scientifically based textile technologies constitute the core of the company. In order to optimise the beneficial effect of our products, we select the most appropriate textile technology for each product range and infuse the minerals into the most suitable functional fabric.
Our functional fabrics are chosen depending on the desired properties of the end products, such as breathability, stretchiness, warmth, softness and ability to wick away moisture.
The possible combinations are endless. This gives us ample room for innovation, product development and for finding ever new applications.
Core Technologies
Our textile technologies make it possible to convey the capacity to absorb and emit FIR to wearable items – such as therapeutic braces and supports, soft and comfortable clothing or protective equipment for horses.
This gives each product an additional, exceptional benefit that helps support physical activity and is considered to alleviate a variety of ailments.
Ingredient Technologies
High performance technical materials required for specific applications are the result of fiber-to-fabric engineering. Their properties are determined by the physical structure of their fibers and yarns as well as the architecture that will emerge when they are woven together.
In our products, we use functional fabrics that have been developed to be water resistant, dry quickly, wick away moisture, resist pilling and exhibit exceptionally high breathability.
